Therapeutic laser, or “cold laser” therapy, is a non-invasive treatment modality that utilizes laser photons to increase circulation, decrease pain and inflammation, and improve healing of damaged or inflamed tissues. By utilizing light wavelengths in the near infrared range, we are able to increase cellular metabolism and decrease cellular inflammation.

The cellular and blood flow changes brought on by this treatment make it an effective therapy for tendon and ligament injuries, back disorders, synovitis, osteoarthritis, and wound healing. Laser therapy is often used in conjunction with other modalities such as shockwave therapy, IRAP, PRP, or Stem Cell therapy in cases of tissue injury.
